  1. Technical regulation - the state of standardization in the sugar industry and novations-2019
  2. GOST 30561-2017 "Beet molasses. Technical conditions", introduced instead of GOST 30561-2013 and coming into effect on July 1, 2018

Boiling of massecuites of 1 product with the use of seed massecuite, features of conducting the process of boiling, dosing of seed massecuite for obtaining sugar with a satisfactory coefficient of heterogeneity. Solving the problem of continuous  recirculation of the seed massecuite in emergency situations with minimization of focal deposits in pipelines. Features of boiling massecuite of 1 product with dry substances contect 70-72%
  11. Technological scheme of boiling massecuites I, II, III products on the basis of seed massecuite. (Details of the processes for obtaining the best result of this scheme). Crystallization of the massecuite 3 product by cooling, modern methods, automation algorithm.
  12. Heat resistance of juices. Methods of achieving and determining thermal stability.
  13. The feasibility of adding tri-sodium phosphate. When to start? Optimal points for injection. Adding tri-sodium phosphate solution for lime carbonation depending on natural alkalinity. (Opinions differ: some sources read  that Tri-sodium phosphate to be given under negative natural alkalinity, the others recommend to add it independently of natural alkalinity as early as possible). The optimal points for addindg soda / trisodium phosphate solution (in some sources one of the optimal points for giving soda solution is the maturing tank after 2nd saturation, while the manufacturers of descalers strongly oppose this point of adding)
